From our initial meet and greet, to his creation of an amazing sales catalogue for my home, to securing a sales price greater than that upon which we had agreed, Kenny always went above and beyond. Having relocated prior to closing, there were still some outstanding issues arising from minor damage done to walls during the removal a large wall-mounted mirror and a flat screen television mount, as well as a kitchen window that my contractor was waiting for replacement glass to be manufactured for. Kenny not only took me out of the loop and oversaw my contractor's completion of the kitchen window repair, he also personally spackled and repainted the wall damage to the satisfaction of the buyer so that we could proceed with the closing. I dare say that you will not find another realtor close to the equal of Kenny Calderon.
